Yukistar nodded to Sootflower. "Go to the OceanClan border after that. if you see Creekfeather, don't hesitate to attack."she said. The she cat padded into her den. She was troubled by what she saw. The she cat slept soundly anyway.

Obsidianshard nodded and turned slipping away to the border. her black sleek body manouvering her way through the tree stumps. her golden eyes glittered as she padded along. Creekfeather... she would love to sink her claws into that rascals pelt!
Oceanclan and Fireclan border

Grayfall tilted his head as Obsidianshard left, hmm. There wasn't really a FireClan and OceanClan border. They were diagonal from eachother across Fourtrees, so they didn't share a common scentline. The ashen warrior sighed and waited in the Clearing. Night was falling, and his vigil would begin.

Snowstep padded up to the now silent warrior. The Medicine Cat felt some sort of relation to the vigil, like the warriors here were unable to speak like her. But they could look forward to the morning where their voices could soar. The silver cat dipped her head and headed away to collect herbs.

Sootflower sighed. FireClan life was resuming its peaceful nature, and that is what she enjoyed. The strict black and white female padded towards the edge of the clearing and layed down. She did not feel like sleeping in the warrior's den tonight, so looked up at the stars and fell asleep.

The dark ginger tom saw Obsidianshard leave. His tail flicked, she should've waited for Larkstorm. The calico she-cat is the one leading the patrol. Flameclaw shrugged, since she wasn't going to go, he left alongside the bombay.

Larkstorm nodded to Sootflower and bounded away, this was going to be fun. The calico she-cat flattened her ears. Both Flameclaw and Obsidianshard left before even consulting her. The warrior hissed under her breath and followed Sootflower's orders to the SkyClan border.

Grayfall tilted his head, was this how Snowstep fely like everyday? He wasn't sure he would've been able to stand it likes she does. The ashen tom saw most of the cats leave. Now he just sat up and waited. How long would this last?

Sootflower rose from her slumber to see dawn light. The bombay deputy went to her paws and leaned forward in a long stretch before padding and getting a vole from the fresh-kill pile and padding over to Grayfall. The new warrior seemed impatient, and she chuckled. She'd felt the same way. "Go sleep, you have until sunhigh before you're able for patrol." She passed him the vole and headed for Yukistar's den.

Grayfall yawned as the sun rose. Finally, his vigil was over. The ashen tom blinked gratefully at the black and white she-cat, and took the vole in his jaws. His mouth watered as the scent filled his nares. The new warrior padded away to rest.

-Warrior's Den-

Sootflower watched as the young warrior went, she seemed to stand their, musing her time. The dual colored she-cat finally began to pace around the camp center, she didn't feel like going to Yukistar's den right now actually. The deputy found her paws carrying her through the camp entrance.

Snowstep pulled herself into camp. This was great, her omen led to chaos if not followed correctly, but chaos if followed. What was she going to tell Yukistar? And would the absent she-cat even listen, she never talked to the Clan anymore. The silver she-cat looked around, everyone seemed to be on patrol still.

Winterpelt sat in the clearing looking at the cats around the clearing. she started to groom her paws. After she finished grooming herself she walked over to the fresh kill pile and picked out a sparrow. She had finally become a warrior, which was much better than being a hungry loner. she hated that life because it brought nothing but misery.

Yukistar stood tall on the rock. "Larkstorm, you lead the patrol of Winterpelt to the borders of SkyClan."said the leader. "I shall take Obsidianshard, Flameclaw and Sootflower to hunt."she mewed. "Grayfall, you shall stay and watch camp as well as help Snowstep in any way."said the she cat.

"Yes Yukistar." Sootflower replied as she emerged from the Leader's den. The black and white she-cat sat patiently, waiting for Flameclaw and Obsidianshard to join them. she dared not say it, but she felt like correcting the white she-cat, FireClan didn't share a border with OceanClan. They were across Fourtrees.

Yukistar leapt off the tall rock. She waited for her hunting group to get ready.Obsidian and flame were the ones she was waiting for. She flicked her tail in anger, remembering what sootflower said.

Winterpelt waited for Larkstorm so that they could go on patrol and check the borders of Skyclan. she really liked the she-cat, she was always very nice to her. she hope that Skyclan hasnt tried to do anything. she laid down and decided to enjoy the soft breeze blowing through the clearing.

Snowstep acknowledged the leader's orders and looked around for Grayfall. He could help her look around Lotus Pond for the herbs she needed. She was low on Aloe Vera, tansy, and goldenrod. The silver she-cat sat, and waited, not being able to call out to the gray tom. The Medicine Cat dipped a farewell to her departing Clanmates.

Flameclaw wandered over toward Sootflower and sat down beside the two females before him. Another patrol.. lovely. The dark ginger tom glanced around for Obsidianshard, wondering where the bombay she-cat had gone. The warrior gave up on the search and waited for further orders from either Yukistar or Sootflower.

Larkstorm padded out into the clearing, still slightly groggy. She looked around for several heartbeats, trying to retain focus. The warrior finally spotted Winterpelt and padded over. "Hey, let's go." She meowed, straight to the point with a tired smile.

Winterpelt got up when Larkstorm padded into the clearing. she stretched and licked the dirt out of her fur. She noticed that Larkstorm still looked a little sleepy but she padded after her for the border patrol.

Sootflower glanced at Flameclaw, not daring to look at Yukistar. She was right, and the blasted she-cat was wrong. Sootflower wasn't the only one that thought Yukistar was getting older. This might've beent he first time she has gone out on patrol in who knows how long.

The silver she-cat waited calmly for the gray tom to walk out into the Clearing. She saw the tension between Sootflower and Yukistar and wondered what the two had managed to do to tangle eachother's fur. Snowstep reached out with her tail, and touched the white she-cat's shoulder gently, giving her a look. It seemed to say, "She is only trying to do what is best for the Clan." But it was up to Yukistar's ability to read her expression to figure out that she was trying to say those words.

Grayfall stepped into the Clearing and padded over to the Medicine Cat. He looked at her with a faint and drowsy smile. Why was he always stuck with Snowstep? It wasn't a bad thing, but sometimes he felt like he wasn't a real warrior because he didn't go on hunting and border patrols as often as the others.

The white leader looked to Snowstep. She understood but sighed. Yukistar looked to Flameclaw and Sootflower. She flicked her tail. The she cat walked to the exit. She bounded away to the coal rocks.
