Badgerpaw follwed her out and stopped with suprise as he heard the words, he hadnt thought to be made a warrior for many moons yet. twitching his whiskers with anticipation he said in his clear deep voice "yes Lilystar i swear it in the name of starclan" his green eyes were fixed intently on his leader/crush.

Ducking his head the large now warrior allowed his leader to touch her chin to his head, respectfully licking her shoulder he smiled up at her and said softly "it was an honor to be your apprentice Lilystar" his bright green eyes watched her with an unwavering look in them.

Gazing after her with yearning eyes he turned and curled up listening to the sounds of the camp. his left ear flicked a little boredly and he gave a slight yawn. waiting patiently he stared out across the camp.

The Starclan cat, Shyfawn, strolled calmly to Badgerstripe. Her pale fur was full of stars and her dapple spotted coat shone is the moonlight. "Greetings, Badgerstripe." She mewed. "I am Oceanclan's former Medicine Cat, before Starclan claimed me with the disease that spread through our Clan." Her yellow eyes seemed to glow in the dim cascade of colors. "I am here to tell you about your feelings for Lilystar, and what your future would be like each path you went. If you tell her, she will fall for you and you will become her mate. She will bear your kits." Her voice suddenly softened, Shyfawn had been known to love the small bundles of fur. "If you do not tell her, you will become deputy, and leader of Oceanclan. A path impossible to be taken if you became Lilystar's mate."

Badgerstripes eyes widened in wonder, he frowned a little then nodded. solemely he mouthed "i wish you were still with us Shyfawn, will my sister Skyfall be a good medicine cat?" as no sound left his throat he didnt break the silence. his green eyes glittered with a strange emotion.

Standing badgerstripe nodded and inhaled before saying calmly "i love you lilystar" his green eyes glittered with emotion for the elegant leader. his striped pelt shone on his well built frame. whiskers back slightly showing embarrasement.

he stared up at her with shock, his green eyes widened the green in them sparkled he paused then padded up to her and lightly touched his nose to lilystars nose. a shyness in his eyes "really?"

Badgerstripe smiled and turned leaping after lilystar, his paws felt like they were carryin ghim through the air. a beam on his face

The kit bounced into the center of the camp andbegan bouncing up and down waiting for creekfeather to come out. he remembered his fathers words suddenly and his face became still. he sat down hiding his emotions. his yellow eyes took on a cold glitter and he sat as still as a stone.

Oakkit grinned up at Creekfeather and fluffed up his fur playfully. "lets play!" he mewed. his yellow eyes glittered with happiness. he bounced up and patted his paw on the bigger warriors nose. he laughed happily.

oakkit paused and tilted his head. with a wriggle of his haunches he leapt and landed on the warriors side. "rawr i oakstar of Oceanclan have defeated you you graveclan kittypet!". he mewed proudly.

Oakkit flicked his ears and paused he tilted his head and said "are you gonna become deputy Creekfeather?".He tilted his head interestedly, he thought that he would like it if his favourite warrior became deputy, maybe once he became leader creekfeather or creekstar would make him deputy. he smiled and perked his ears.
