Coal rocks

The name of the rocks are based on their color. Snakes often come here to enjoy the heat of the rocks. So, be careful. The rocks are warm as long as the sun is out. It's great in leaf bare.

The black and white deputy sat annoyed on a flat stone, wondering what she could ever do to earn any approval in her own Clan. They always seemed to criticize her, especially Snowstep. Sootflower sighed and walked back to camp, unknowing of the battle she was about to take part in.

Yukistar padded into the area. She sniffed the air. The she cat caught the scent of voles and mice. She started stalking a vole. Sprinting into a chase. The cat gave a swift bite to the neck and let the vole go limp in her jaws. She turned to see if Sootflower or Flameclaw were back yet. The leader was trying to decide if she had the right choice of choosing Sootflower as a deputy.

Sootflower arrived, and started sniffing around, her nose hoping for a vole. The bombay seemed only to scent mice, and went after them anyway. She managed to snag two mice before Flameclaw even showed up, wondered what was taking him so long. Sighing, she tried not to confront her leader again.
