FC Medicine cat's den

To the right a small rise in the earth provides easy access to the cave that creates the medicine cat’s den. A small trickle of water feed by the melting snow high above runs down the side of the cliff providing easy water for sick cats, as is run out of camp in the form of a small stream.

Snowstep sighed, pushing the cold bundles of herbs into their assorted crevice. The mute female couldn't speak to anyone, which was sometimes a problem and made other cats frustrated. She was glad Yukistar and her mentor had understood her passion and actually believed in her small chance of success. It would all turn out for the better though, half-moon was two weeks away and the gathering was a month away. She wondered what all the Medicine Cats would say, Snowstep was the youngest one. She had been made a full Medicine Cat right before her mentor was murdered. Her gray green gaze drifted down to her paws, she was practically alone.

"Hello Snowstep."she dipped her head in greeting and smiled. Yukistar knew the only way she could communicate was with either body language or writing in the dirt. She looked to the pile of herbs and picked a bundle up, helping arrange the herbs.

Snowstep dipped her head in response to Yukistar. She usually didn't bother making simple replies a big deal. The light tabby female smiled as the Clan Leader went over and helped her put together different remedy bundles. Snowstep worked mainly on putting the catmint they had left in protective places where they wouldn't frost through the upcoming leaf-bare.

"Leaf bare is arriving soon huh..."she commented. Yuki placed the herbs in order as she spoke to Snowstep.

Snowstep nodded. The Medicine cat had heard that Shyfawn had passed away, and her apprentice Skyfall had taken her place. She didn't know the other wereabouts within Oceanclan, but she had a funny feeling. The silver shecat stood up and nodded to Yukistar, she was going to check the Graveclan border for some Watermint. The mute cat simply flicked her tail toward the bleak stock of the leafy herb, and drew a skull in the ground with a line. Hoping the Clan Leader would understand, she bounded away.

"Graveclan border?"she tilted her head. "Ok then."she said and went to the center clearing to check up on the kill pile.

Snoestep entered her den and began pulling out many bunches of herbs, seperating them into piles. She grabs Celandula, Celandine, Fennel, Elm, Elderberry, Devil's Claw and more. She started adding a dose of each plant to each small pile. She was not waiting for Graypaw to join her, she went straight to work.
