Oceanclan and Graveclan's Border

The fierce enemies have been arguing and fighting over this border for ages.

Brackenstar padded to the border, his eyes narrowed at the site of the pesky feline they called leader. "What is it?" He grunted, his voice rough and course. He wasn't one to like other clans. But OceanClan was a huge enemy, which is why he liked to patrol this particular border often. He'd chosen to come alone this time. He had all nine of his lives.

Brackenstar was grinning evilly inside his head. A favor of this would surely cost something in the wrong one. But he was in a nice mood today. "I will give you 1 season truce. I'm feeling generous and nice today. But do so much as go a hair across the border and we will not hesitate to break this truce. I understand, as it is, I have my deputy left as it is, a warrior went missing, then another, slowly, one went hunting yesterday and hasn't come back. But I have a feeling he will." He said.

Brackenstar only grunted a reply that could not be heard. He padded away to his camp, his tail flicking from side to side. His clan would succeed.

Brackenstar went to mark the borders, his eyes scanning around. The disgusting scent of OceanClan in the air. He was gracious enough to call a truce, but that truce could break with one hair out of place.

silver sneezed in her protective clump of ferns. her blue eyes werent even opened yet. the smell of a birthing queen all around her still. opening her mouth she gave a weak mewl for food. the tiny kit sneezed again and mewled again.

The tiny kit squirmed in the leaders jaws and flicked its ears back, mewing softly it gave up and hung limp in her jaws. her tiny paws hanging down and resting on her belly.

Brackenstripe gavea low hiss through his throat before he turned and leapt back towards oceanclan camp. his tail whipped through the air as he bounced along.

Oakpaw appeared with a cold look on his face that instantly relaxed as he saw the kittypet. He tilted his head and walked up to her prodding her shoulder with a large over sized paw. he then sat down and said "hey im oakpaw!". His amber eyes glittered with intrest in the shecat. he had never met a kittypet before, if he was around creekfeather he would have attacked the kittypet but since he thought he was alone he didnt.

Oakpaw joked slightly nervoursly "are all the kitty-pets as pretty as you?". His amber eyes followed her as she walked around him. his heart beginning to beat fast in his chest. he sat down and licked his cream chest. his amber eyes watching her curiously "im six moons old, and an apprentice to the clan deputy". Oakpaw didnt look too pleased about being creekfeathers apprentice.

Oakpaws eyes softened then he said "its a hard life out here Minci, there is no warm two leg to give you pats. no easy food, we have to hunt for our food here". He sat down his tail curling over his paws. he shuddered to think of what creekfeather might do to this pretty shecat. his amber eyes watched minci with a look of affection.

He slowly nodded then gently touched his nose to mincis befor ehe murmured* "follow me". he turned and began making his way through the undergrowth back to the camp. his oaken tail flicking anxiously.
